What
happens if I lose my password?
Since Chx Stub contains important pay information it is
recommended passwords be kept in a safe place. In the event a
password is lost or forgotten, contact your payroll or human
resource department. For your protection, you will be required
to change your password the first time you login.
How do I view/print my
pay stub?
When your employer enrolls you in the Chx Stub system, you will
receive an e-mail with your user name, password and login
instructions. Then, every pay pay period you will receive an
e-mail from Chx Stub alerting you that your latest pay stub is
available for viewing.
Since Chx Stub is a
browser based system, standard features of your browser make it easy
to view and print your pay stub from any computer connected to the Internet.
How does Chx Stub
get my information?
Each pay period your employer uploads your pay stub information
into the Chx Stub system. You are notified via e-mail when new pay
stubs are ready to be viewed on-line.
How do I know my
pay stub information is secure?
Chx Stub uses SSL (secure socket layer) encryption and advanced
password management to ensure the protection and integrity of all
pay stub data transmissions. Chx Stub servers utilize connections to
multiple backbones to ensure pay stub data reaches you in the
fastest, most efficient and secure manner possible. For more

My pay stub is wrong,
can you fix it?
Since the information contained in your pay stub comes directly
from your employer, you will need to contact your payroll or human
